Conference & Banqueting

The Glamorgan Arms has excellent conference and banqueting facilities, catering for small or large meetings, from two up to 200. All conference and banqueting and have audio visual facilities. They are designed to cater for all types of events.

All our banqueting staff are expertly trained and our management team are always on hand to offer you any additional information, advice on menus and wine selection, or any other specific requirements you may have.

It is our aim to make your event or occasion a real success. You will be introduced upon arrival to your conference co-ordinator who will be on hand throughout your event to assist you.

We have three conference and function rooms which include:

  • The Snug - Capacity upto 20 people
  • Garden Suite - Capacity upto 120 people
  • Glamorgan Suite - Capacity upto 220 people

Equipment is also available for hire, including flipcharts, microphone, TV/video, screen/ohp and a PowerPoint projector. Food  can also be provided for all conference and function bookings.
